Sisters and Brothers, we all heard these claims time and time again. Whether or not they are true, we also need to remember that just because something is natural, just because something is healthy in one quantity does not make it healthy for everyone nor in large amounts.
Our journey requires focus and moderation even of the darkest and potentially most healthy chocolate. Telling yourself that it is acceptable to eat large quantities of anything risks undoing all the benefits, even water can be consumed in unhealthy amounts after all and the bulk of our bodies are made of it.
