We've had two product contests so far in The Chocolate Cult but your Chocolate Priestess all ready has four new contests in line for 2010. Today I want to tell you a bit about these and give you directions on how to win. Why wait to take all these steps when you could get at least one of them out of the way right now.
For the first time, we will be hosting a non-food but still very chocolate related contest from a company that sells household goods including bakeware, cookware, barstools, and other household items. This will be a hot chocolate maker that I'll review in late March or early April.
We also will be giving away vegan chocolate syrup, fair trade brownie mix, and more wonderful chocolate bars to several people. The brownie mix will be fairly soon, the bars will likely be in the late fall but the syrup will be this summer when I can fully review it on ice cream and other foods and drinks. As I get more double samples or are contacted by companies to host giveways, I will let you know.
To have a chance to win any contest here in The Chocolate Cult you MUST be a public follower of the site. You can do this, and in fact should do this, right now by looking at the left hand sidebar. You'll find three ways to follower. First just through the site itself under the "Followers" headline. Or you can follow via Facebook under that label. Finally if you are part of the network, you can follow via "Networked Blogs". Don't put this off and then discover when you want to enter a contest you still need to take this step.
In addition to being a public follower you will always be asked to leave a comment on the contest post and depending on the value of the giveway you may be able to earn extra entries by posting a link to the contest in other venues.
