More Foodie Stickers

They might if they are made to look like chocolate goodies. The good news is that these delights contain no calories so you can enjoy them all you want. Plus, until with real food or beverages, stickers do not go stale, get mold, or simply dry out with time. Before I show you some of the amazing food themed chocolatey stickers I've gotten in the past year, let me get the legal statements out of the way. All of the products I'm sharing with you today were sent to me free via the Amazon Vine Program in exchange for writing a review on that website; this article is an unexpected bonus for Amazon and the manufacturers. No other form of compensation was received for sharing my experiences with you all.

I'll start with the Cute Food Cookie Stickers which one of my partners remarked upon thus: "They look almost as big as real cookies!" Indeed, there are two basic sizes of the cookie stickers: four on each page are 2 inches across while size on each page are just over 1 inch across. That's a total of 10 stickers on each sheet for 50 stickers. They do have a white edge around them but that makes them easier to peel off the sheets. Look at the photo above. Do you notice how many of the stickers show chocolate chip cookies? I love chocolate chip cookies, particularly the softer type with darker chocolate, but I wish there was more variety. When I look up types of cookies, I see article claiming that these treats can be divided into 8 to over 50 categories. With the stickers, I see maybe 6 or 7 types. Most of them seem to include chocolate which makes this set a winner for chocolate lovers, don't you think?

If cookies aren't your thing, maybe these Cute Food Ice Cream Stickers will appeal to you more. As you can see, these are brightly colored which makes sense because a lot of the frozen treats (not just ice cream) seems to be fruit related. The dimensions of the stickers is more toward long then wide but each sheet still includes 4 larger and 6 smaller stickers for a total of 50 pieces. Of those, only seven clearly show chocolate as an ingredient making this the least chocolatey group of stickers. I also don't think a lot of these are really ice cream but sorbet, simply frozen fruit, and maybe popsicle like treats.

A more varied group of stickers is the Cute Food Dessert Stickers set because it includes cookies, ice cream, cupcakes, cakes, pie, gelatins, and more. This set of 50 stickers measures about the same as the cookie set. The colors are bright; I might be afraid of eating something so intensely colored because it would stain my tongue and possibly my teeth. The good news is that stickers won't do either of those things, plus no calories. I do not recognize all of the dessert types, but only 13 of them seem to have chocolate as a visible ingredient. Not the greatest collection then for chocolate lovers, but it will appeal to general dessert fans.

All three of the above sets are sold by MINIDECA Store on Amazon which is all stickers that can cover a range of subjects. I like that these sets could be given as gifts or even broken up into individual pages to give as gifts. Their prices are all the same, just under $7 for 50 stickers. I'm happy that I got to review these and I hope the folks that I add these to in cards and letters love them, too.

Next let's look at this Fashion Angels Funny Foods Graphic Journaling Set. This was a lot of of different items so I'll share the photos and some brief comments about each. Let's start with the journal itself. The spiral binding is excellent for laying the pages out flat. The tabs help you find what type of creativity you might want to engage with. Yes, all the images you see on the front are food on the sticker pages. I actually liked tearing the pages out particularly to use the back sides.

The Coloring Section has two copies of each full page designs to color and then a repeated small design on the mostly empty back.

The Activity Section also has two copies of each page. The front is a couple of activities and the space to do that in; not all pages or spaces have descriptions or instructions. The back has a repeated framing design to do whatever you want with.

The Notes Section has, you guessed it, two copies of each page! The front has space for one, two or three areas to make notes in. The back is a repeated smaller design on dot or dot-grid ruling.

The two pages of stickers are easy to peel, but each design has a white border around it. There are just a couple of repeated designs though some variation is minor.

The decorative tape is NOT washi tape. You cannot tear it so you'll need scissors. The designs on them are tiny and only two tapes have cute food.

Finally and most disappointing were the six scented markers. While the ink flowed well in each one and did not bleed through the journal pages, there isn't much variation in terms of line thickness and only two of them (blue and purple) had scent at all.

This could be a good gift not only for someone looking to start journaling, but for writing, drawing, and coloring.
