This time the two cups are very close in terms of color, thickness, radius, and the layer of peanut butter compared to the chocolate surrounding it; only the slight wave of chocolate on the top of the Unreal was a visual difference of any note. The biggest difference was that the Unreal's center was much softer and it folded when I cut through it, in fact some of the peanut butter tried to come out when I picked up a half. The fragrance is also different with the Unreal having a stronger peanut butter scent that only deadened what I got from the Skinny Dipped by comparison.
The Unreal also has 80 calories per cup. It also makes a snap when I bite into it and for a few chews. The peanut butter is the initial flavor, both roasted and sweet, but the dark chocolat builds up with each chew until it is the last and lingering of the flavors with no unpleasant aftertaste and no drying out of my mouth.
These two dark chocolate peanut butter cups are so similar in so many ways, that I thought it would be difficult to pick one until I tasted them. There is no doubt for me that I would buy and eat Unreal Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups again and again.
