Charms for Phones, Bags, and Backpacks with a Chocolate Snack Feel

In the USA, hanging charms, decorative items, off of your purse, bag, backpack, or even your phone case isn't as widespread as in other parts of the world. I'd be constantly worried such things would get stuck in chairs or between seat of my car, or even just an attraction for a potential thief. That was until I saw a chocolate themed pendant. I was set this SONGCHANGJEWELRY snack themed set of accessories through the Amazon Vine program for a review on that website. However, the free item doesn't change me sharing my experiences with the product nor was this article on this blog expected.

While the heart shaped clip, the chocolate bar charm and the pretzel charm are all functional and cute. The heart is easy to open and add or remove items from, the pretzel looks shiny and is hard and measures just under 2 inches at the widest part and just over two inches at the longest section. The chocolate bar feels like rubber or another slightly flexible material, but it looks like a sectioned mini-candy bar. It will wear down on the edges a bit over time if you carry it either inside of a bag or dangling from it.

The other two nylon "lanyards" are not as you would expect from that label. They are shoe strings (under 36 inches long from tip to tip). A lanyard would be a cord or strap with an attached clip that you use to hang a badge from; these are not that at all. At their length, they don't fit my tennis shoes and I'm a women's size 8.5.

I ended up removing everything but the chocolate bar and pretzel piece, see the results in the above photo. Honestly, I would have been happier to just have these three items and not the shoe strings from the start.
