There are various chocolate awards that a chocolate maker can win. The International Chocolate Salon Awards for 2022 were held recently and I thought you might enjoy checking out all of the winners and competitors.
Best White Chocolate -- Why a specific category for white versus dark, milk, or other levels of cacao?
Best Toffee --> I know that toffee is popular, but does anything think it is a bit odd to single out toffee but not other types of chocolate related yummies?
