This week is a holiday I think that we can all get behind, Sisters and Brothers: American Chocolate Week.
Your Chocolate Priestess believes this was probably started by chocolate companies who'd like to sell us all their products. But regardless if you eat chocolate in honor of this "holiday" please remember to eat it purposely and in moderation to fully experience what it has to offer.
