What Do You Want in 2012?

The end of February is fast approaching even if we get an extra day this year.  We have now been writing this blog for three years and your Chocolate Priestess thinks it is time to ask you, Sisters and Brothers, what you want us to talk about, research, or try in the future.

So please leave a comment and give your opinion.

You could say "more holiday reviews" or "more historical information" or "more book reviews" or several things.  You could suggest new features or tell us that a particular type of post is too boring for us to continue with.

Your blog is packed with wonderful chocolate information and reviews :)
In 2012, I would like to see maybe a bit more history on chocolate and then a combined recipe from that period - like how Aztecs used it and then a modern twist on that :D

Thanks, Guru Uru. We don't do many recipes, I don't claim to be any type of chef, but if we have done one recipe draw from a historical source to test a product. If we get more historical chocolate we could do that again.

Our Old Time Candy features over four months has a bit of history, too.

My agent suggested I write a book on the history of chocolate (my PhD is in history) and I just said "There's been quite a bit written on that all ready."
