Peanut Butter Cup Showdown: Justin's vs Butterfinger

Butterfinger Cups were on sale again when I had a coupon and a sale on the Justin's Milk Chocolate Mini Peanut Butter Cups so, since I had compared the Butterfinger to the Reese's and the Atkin it seemed fair to compare it here as well.

Three mini cups equal 2 of the other cups in terms of weight and nutritional values. For our testing, I only had one Butterfinger and 1.5 of the mini, I use the "leftovers" for later comparisons with other brands.

Inside their almost equally dark centers the two cups differ in terms of the amounts; the Justin's minis have more peanut butter filling. The Butterfinger sliced in half and stacked is a touch taller than a slice but not stacked mini even though one to one, the mini is thicker.

But flavor and texture is what usual determine the candy we enjoy so let's move on to compare this way. The Justin's roasted peanut butter is intense but the chocolate is strong, not much sweetness here at all. The Butterfinger is overwhelmingly sweet by comparison and the chocolate just can't compete. This isn't even close! Justin's wins again!

If you've tried them both, which do you prefer? Justin's or Butterfinger Peanut Butter Cups?
