Next up in this Peanut Butter Cup Showdown we have Reese's versus Butterfinger!
Let's look at them first. The Butterfinger has a squarish top vs the Reese's circular top but both narrow downward and have ridges on the edges.
Inside you can see that the Reese's is paler but also a touch taller. The Butterfinger appears to have more chocolate around the center filling.
Finally to the taste test. The Reese's is a sweet, creamy lightly roasted peanut butter with a sweet light chocolate as an aftertaste. The filling is much sweeter and a bit crunchy but not sticky in the Butterfinger, the chocolate comes out a bit stronger and perhaps it is only by comparison but it doesn't seem as creamy yet less sweet.
I may like the Butterfinger Cup more!
