Normally, The Chocolate Cult hosts an annual Halloween Treat Challenge throughout the entire month of Halloween. Companies, brands, and individual chocolate makers send us a sample of their chocolate Halloween items and we do a full review of them with lots of photos and links. The winner is announced on Halloween and can claim 31 days of free ad space on this blog in the future.
We are hosting the the 2020 Halloween Treat Challenge under the same rules as we have for 12 years but we are also doing something more out of respect for the global COVID-19 pandemic.
If a company or brand cannot afford to send us a sample of their spooky goodies, they may contact me and send us a single photo of one of their treats along with a link directly to that item on their website. We will create and share a few posts merely listing those treats in the hopes that it will generate interest in what they are creating and selling this year.
