Pandemic or not, Halloween happened in 2020 and it will be happening in 2021!
This is the first call out for the 2021 Halloween Treat Challenge on The Chocolate Cult.
Our 13th such competition!
Same as every year since 2009. The winner will get 31 days of free right side advertising during the month of their choice any time after October 31, 2021, when the winner will be announced.
Previous winners have included: Taraluna, Sjaak's, Cocoa Dolce, Oliver Kita, Magic Choc, 240 Sweet, Seattle Chocolates, UNREAL, Sheila G, and Hedonist Artisan Chocolates.
Some years have not had winners because of lack of competition or poor quality of entries. The Chocolate Cult has standards. Do your creepy creations meet them?
Challengers must be made with cocoa powder, real chocolate (white, milk, semi-sweet, sweetened, dark, etc) without added fats or oils except for cocoa butter, be suitable for either handing out to trick or treaters or usable at a Halloween party, and be Halloween themed. Only a small sample need be sent for testing and photographing.
Contact me if your company want to compete this year. Hurry, because spots are limited and it will be first treats received, first on the schedule. Once the schedule is full, no more challengers will be accepted. Previous challengers and winner may compete with new treats, no repeats please.
