This review will be quite short. So let's just get the legals out of the way. I was sent this product to review for the Amazon Vine Program. This post is an unexpected bonus for both that website and the product makers. No other forms of compensation were received for sharing my honest experiences with you all today.
While I did test this product by soaking it in water and skim milk for comparison and then using it as a straw for Amazon, for this blog, I really had to go no further than to look at the ingredients. There is no cocoa powder, no cocoa butter, no chocolate of any type, not even a "natural flavoring." It doesn't smell or taste like anything that should claim it is chocolate flavored, I can't imagine anyone would think that it was.
Deeply disappointing.
There are no links to this product because it is unworthy of The Chocolate Cult. You do deserve to know that such products exist and that you need to be careful to not spend your money or your mouth on non-chocolate items that use "chocolate" in any way in their descriptions, titles, or labels.
