Crafty Chocolate Decorative Pieces

What is a charm? When I think of charms I think of items you can hang off of other items, but a charm is also something that is magical or simply another way of saying that something is cute. The third definition applies to the 30 piece decorative set from WLngtv that I was sent as part of the Amazon Vine Program. While I did need to write a review for this website, no monetary compensation was received for sharing my honest experiences with the product and this article is an unpaid bonus.

The six different designs are all adorable and look a lot like chocolate treats might ranging from a wafer cookie to a heart shaped truffle to a big candy bar. The cutest designs look like they have a bite taken out of them. As I hope was clear in the photo, the darkness of each piece varied as well; the oddest was the "MILK" label one that is the darkness looking chocolate of them all!

There are five pieces of each style. The designs are not the same width or surface area. The two largest pieces (the wafer and the bitten 4-section bar) are 1 inch by 3/4 inch surface, the widest piece ("MILK" labeled bar) is almost a quarter of an inch thick.

The way I used these resin decorations was in diamond painting; the material stuck on well with that type of adhesive. The piece must be glued on because they are flat backed with no holes to use to tie/sew down the pieces or attach the in other ways. The good news is that the backs of each piece is flat enough that it will adhere well. The varied thickness of the pieces was challenging in terms of making sure all of the "gems" or "charms" used were adhered equally well, so I needed to push down on these as well as other "gems" around them individually

For the price when I received them to review, this was an excellent buy. I look forward to continuing to use them.
