Happy National Baklava Day!

I like baklava a lot, especially when it is made with chocolate, too. However, I can't make it at my house because my hubby is allergic to tree nuts. I can buy it and enjoy, but making would result in too much of a good thing for my good. Phyllo dough is not a common ingredient in my culture, which is mostly Northwestern European, so I had to go looking for recipes to test out the two brands of shredded, dried, phyllo dough I received. I got both for free from the Amazon Vine program in exchange for honest reviews of both on that website. No further compensation was received from Amazon or the brands for today's post which focuses on how I tested them.
